her community or while visiting the many beautiful
wildlife areas and beaches located in the Central Pacific of
Costa Rica. 100% recycled or natural. She has
painted and sold thousands of them to visitors ( tourists or
folks who come to retire / winter here ) over her 31 year
career.
You can find her paintings and
decorated ceramic vessels in many gift shops and hotel lobbies
all over Costa Rica. She is also a member of I.O.V.
which is part of U.N.E.S.C.O. ( United Nations ) as a native
American folklore artist.
Funds collected by Flora from the
sale of these products goes to support her family and the
families of others less fortunate in her barrio. As she
lives in a remote area, it is difficult to do banking or Pay-Pal,
etc., so we suggest you send a $5 bill directly to Flora the old
fashioned way...in an envelope !!!
